1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the ron97 website accessible at https://ron97.one together with all services provided within it.
• "User" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the services on the ron97 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the ron97 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, rewards or promotions credited into a user's account by ron97.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum wagering amount a user must reach before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" covers all entertainment products available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and online roulette.

2. User Eligibility

ron97 services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
• Not listed in any self-exclusion programme or gambling prohibition.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

ron97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the specified period may have their account suspended temporarily or closed permanently.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ron97 platform. Owning multiple accounts, including accounts registered using another person's information or false information, is a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address. Any changes to this information must be updated promptly through account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account password. Users must choose a strong password and must not share their login credentials with any other party. ron97 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ron97 accepts deposits through valid local payment methods. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10.

4.2 Ownership of Funds

Users confirm that the funds deposited are legally theirs and do not originate from any unlawful activity. ron97 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and to hold withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ron97 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the conversion rate is based on the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is processed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes after the request is submitted, subject to any required verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Users must have completed the identity verification process.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method as the original deposit, except in certain circumstances at ron97's discretion.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Repeated or unusual withdrawal requests may require additional verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Rejection

ron97 reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request if there are concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these terms. Users will be informed of the decision through their registered contact channel.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ron97 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM400 → bonus RM300 → account balance RM700 → wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• ron97 reserves the right to cancel any bonus that is misused or obtained through unauthorised means.
• Users who hold multiple accounts are not eligible to claim any bonus.
• All decisions relating to the granting or cancellation of bonuses are final.

7. Game Rules

All games on the ron97 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. Results produced by the game system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

7.1 Technical Failures

If a technical disruption or system failure occurs during a game, ron97 will investigate the matter and make a fair decision based on saved transaction records. Users will be informed of any resolution reached.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The use of automated software, bots, tools or any method that deviates from normal gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

8. Prohibited and Unlawful Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ron97 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents during registration or verification.
• Attempts to hack, attack or disrupt the security of the platform's systems.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Abusing promotions or referral systems for undue personal gain.
• Making false claims against ron97 or its customer support staff.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned to the user, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions and the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements.

9.2 Closure by ron97

ron97 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

ron97 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by factors outside ron97's control.
• Game outcomes that are not in the user's favour in the context of fair play.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their own account secure.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations that affect the value of transactions.

In any circumstance, ron97's total liability against any user claim is limited to the actual deposit amount made within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being raised.

11. Amendment of Terms

ron97 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version in force.

Continued use of the ron97 platform after any amendment is published is considered full and unconditional acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with any amendment, they should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close their account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licence under which ron97 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If any dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant arbitration body or court under the applicable jurisdiction.
